Application Design of Internet of Things Cold Chain Monitoring Technology in Food Traceability

Abstract： This article analyzes the requirements for a food traceability system based on Internet of Things cold chain monitoring technology，and elaborates on the overallsystemarchitecture design，hardware device selectionand layout design， network communication scheme design，food traceability information management platform design， and abnormal warning and handling mechanism design，in order to efectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of food traceability and ensure food quality and safety.
