Study on the Determination of Four Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by Gas Chromatography

Abstract: An accurate and effcient gas chromatography method was established for the determination of four organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by screening extraction reagents,selecting extraction methods,and optimizing concentration methods.The experimentalresults showed that there was a good linear relationship between the four pesticides in the range of 0.03μg⋅mL-1 to 0.50μg⋅mL-1 .The detection limits of the methods was 0.01mg.kg-1 the quantification limit was 0.03mg.kg-1 ,and the spiked recovery rates were 96.2% to 102.7% ,with RSD of 0.7% to 3.3% . This method is suitable for high-throughput detection of four organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetable samples.
