Abstract： This article expounds the current development status of the liquid milk industry， analyzes the problems existing in aspects such as milk sources，retail terminal management， and market scale during the development process，and proposes coresponding solutions.At the same time， it discusses the development trends of the liquid milk industry from aspects such as building a cold chain distribution systemand vigorously tapping the consumption potential of the rural market，which has certain guiding significance for the development of the liquid milk industry.
