Epidemiological Analysis Framework and Systematic Strategy Construction for Foodborne Disease Prevention and Control Under the Perspective of Food Safety

Abstract： The core of foodborne disease prevention and control lies in building a closed-loop system of “epidemiological information chain-preventionandcontrol action chain”.Based on the perspective offood safety， this article systematically analyzes the distribution characteristics of time，region，population and pathogenic factors of foodborne diseases，and proposes an epidemiological analysis framework with“monitoring-evaluationresearch"as thecore，anduses this asa scientific basis to builda systematic strategyof"precise supervision-detection enhancement-education intervention-collaborative governance".Based on the in-depth mining of risk information withinthe epidemiological analysis framework，the precise formulation and implementation of preventionandcontrol strategies are driven，formingadynamic optimization mechanismof“information guides action，action feedback information”，providing theoretical support and practical paths for improving the effectivenessoffood safety governance.
