Uncertainty Evaluation of Ion Chromatography for Determining the Total Amount of Various Phosphates in Food

Abstract: In this paper,ion chromatography was used to determine the total amount of various phosphates in food,and the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were systematically evaluated.According to the JJF1059.1—2012,each uncertainty component is systematically evaluated,and the expanded uncertainty is calculated accordingly. The results showed that the total amount of phosphate was (1171±44)mg.kg-1 0 k=2 . Thekey factors affecting uncertainty are the drawing of working curves,the preparation ofstandard working solutions,and the repeatability of measurements of various active ingredients.
