Analysis of Quality Control Strategies in Food Physicochemical Testing

Abstract: Food physicochemical testing is an important method for food safety testing,which can provide a scientific basis for food quality evaluation and safety supervision. Throughout the entire physicochemical testing process,from sample collection and processing,selection of analytical methods,instrument calibration,data recording toreport preparation,any link willhave an impact on the inspection results.Therefore,adopting effective qualitycontrol strategies is crucial for ensuring the accuracy andreliabilityoffood physicochemical testing results.In view of this,this paper brieflyanalyzes the influencing factors of qualitycontrol in food physicochemical testing and analysis,and focuses on proposing qualitycontrol strategies, with the aim of providing strong support for food safety supervision and effectively safeguarding public health.
