Discussion on Food Safety Control Strategies in the Cooking Process

Abstract: With the rapid development of the catering industry,food safety issues have increasingly attracted social attention.This paper focuses on the links such as food storage,equipment cleaning,personnel operation,and environmentalcontrol,analyzes the potential safetyhazards inthe foodcooking process,and proposes targetedsafety control strategies. Analysis suggests that adopting scientific management methods to optimize the cooking process can ffctivelyreduce therisk offoodborne diseases, enhance thequalityofcatering services,and provide theoretical support for the standardized development of the food industry.
