Investigation and Research on the Current Application Status ofSelective Ingredients in Infant Formula under the New National Standards

Abstract:After the implementation of the newly revised national standard for infant formula in 2023,the application of selective ingredients hasbecome the focus of atention in the infant milk powder industry.Based on the policy framework of the new national standard,the actual application of selective ingredients in the market is analyzed through empirical investigation.This paper analyzes the impactof policychanges on the industry,analyzes theadding strategies of products of different brands,segments and price layers,exploresthe influencing factorsof enterprise decision-making,and proposes astandardized and scientific development path for the problems existing in the application,so as to provide a reference for the industry to optimize formula design and improve product quality.

2023年开始实施的婴幼儿配方食品国家标准包括《食品安全国家标准婴儿配方食品》(GB10765—2021)、《食品安全国家标准较大婴儿配方食品》(GB10766—2021)、《食品安全国家标准幼儿配方食品》(GB10767—2021)等(以下简称为新国标),对奶粉中可选择性成分的添加要求进行了系统性调整。(剩余3431字)
