Abstract： The writen review process for food production licenses serves as a critical pre-approval checkpoint for ensuring food safety.This paper focuses on the writen review stageoffood production license approval，analyzing the significance of strengthening this review.It delves into common issues existing in aspects such as application materials，reviewers，and the implementation of review standards，and correspondingly proposes countermeasures and suggestions， including improving management mechanisms，enhancing professional training，and updating supervision and review criteria.The aim is to enhance the qualityof writen reviewsand build asolid defense line for food safety.
