Study on Nutrition and Flavor Substances of Mount Tai Series TomatoVarieties

Abstract: In order to beter study and comprehensively evaluate the nutrition and flavor substances of Mount Tai series of tomato varieties,this experiment took Mount Tai tomato1,MountTai tomato2,Mount Tai tomato 3 as the research object,respectively measured their nutrition quality indicators and flavor substances indicators,and comprehensively evaluated and analyzed the qualityof diferent varieties oftomato through the membership function value analysis method.The results showed that the average value of membership function of Mount Tai tomato 1 was the highest,and itscomprehensive nutritionand flavor qualitywere the best; although Mount Tai tomato 2has a good flavor,its lower nutritional index results in alower average value of its membership function.Theresults of this experiment provide a theoretical basis for the selection and extension of Mount Tai tomato varieties.
