Infuencing Factors and Countermeasures of Quality Control in Food Testing Laboratories

Abstract: The quality control level of a food inspection laboratory determines the accuracy and reliability of the inspection results,andafects the stabilityof the food safety defense line.This paper systematicallyanalyzes the key factors afecting the quality control of food testing laboratories from four dimensions: personnel,equipment, environment, and management systems,and proposes targeted optimization strategies, with the aim of improving the standardized and normalized management level of food testing laboratories,thereby ensure the reliabilityof testing data and the effectiveness of food safety supervision.
