Analysis of the Difficulties in Food Safety Management of Premade Dishes and Risk Control Strategies

Abstract: This article starts from the characteristics of the production process of pre-made dishes,systematically analyzes the diffculties in their food safety management,including issues such as raw material quality control, risks inthe processing stage,lagging regulations,and thecomplexityof testing,and proposes targeted risk control strategies.By strengthening raw material traceability,standardizing production processs,improving regulations and standards,and enhancing detection technologies,it provides theoretical references for building a ful-chain safety management system for pre-made dishes.
