Analysis of Diffculties and Countermeasures in Quality Control ofPesticide Residue Detection in Food

Abstract: To efectively enhance the quality of pesticide residue detection in food and strengthen the defense line of food safety, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the predicaments faced by the quality control work of pesticide residue detection in food.The research finds that the current detection technology is limited by traditional methods,faces challenges in the application of emerging technologies,and has difficulties in the combination of technologies.The profesional capabilities of the inspectors vary greatly.The problems of aging and poor management of testing equipment are prominent. In this regard, this paper proposes countermeasures such as improving traditional detection techniques,optimizing the combination of technologies to break through technical bottlenecks,enhancing the profesional qualityof detection personnel,and ensuring the performance of instruments and equipment, in order to build a comprehensive detection quality control system.
