Research on Application Dilemmas and Breakthrough Strategies of Rapid Detection Technology in Grassroots Regulation

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of food safety regulatory systems，rapid detection technology has become an important means to enhance regulatory eficiency. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of application dilemmas such as low technical content of rapid detection equipment and uneven quality of reagents， and systematically proposes breakthrough strategies including technology upgrading and quality standardization， aiming toresolve bottlenecks inthe applicationof grasroots rapid detection technology，improve thescientific nature and effectiveness of regulatory work，and provide theoretical guidance and practical pathways for constructing a modernized grassroots food safety regulatory system.
