Analysis of Water Environment Governance and Protection Strategies under the "One River, One Policy" Approach

Abstract:The significance ofadopting the"one river,onepolicy" modelfor water environment governanceand protection isanalyzed,andtheimplementationprnciplesandstrategiesareproposedforwaterenvironmentgovernanceandprotection underthe "one river,one policy"model.Analysis suggests thatthe "oneriver,one policy"modelcanachieve precise governance,promoteecologicalprotection,andimproveeconomicandsocialbenefits.Thismodelcantailorthetreatment schemeaccording tothecharacteristicsofrivers indifferentregions,accuratelyrespondtodifferenttypesofwaterpoltion problems,and improve the effect of water environment treatment and protection.
