Abstract：Takingasuper large karst cave inacertain karst foundation in northern Guizhou asan example foranalysis， through comprehensive investigation，the genesis mechanism and development characteristics of the cave were systematicallrevealed.An innovativedifferentiated foundationdesignbasedonthedynamiczoningofkarstdevelopment characteristicsandcave influence intensitywasproposed，anda"layeredanti filterbackfiling+combinedfoundation" scheme wasadopted tocomprehensively treatthesuper largecave，achieving significant benefits.Theresearch content providesanewparadigm for thedisposalofsuperlarge karstcaves in karstfoundations，whichcanbeusedasareference for similar projects.
