Research on Air Pollution Assessment and Monitoring in the Thermal Power Industry of Shandong Province

Abstract:Toaddresstheatmosphericpolution statusof thethermal power industryin Shandong province,asystematic monitoring and evaluation framework was established.Adoptinga "point-line-surface"spatial layout forthe monitoring network,amulti-edeaationindexstmassucedcompasingpltantsios,omealcts, andgovernanceeficacy.Multi-modelcoupling methodswereemployed toconduct environmentalimpactassessments.Results demonstrate that in2O23,thecompliancerateofmajorpollutant emissions from Shandong'sthermal powersectorexceeded 99 % .Annual reductions of SO ,NOx,and particulate matter reached 42 O00 t,36 O00 t,and11000 t,respectively,driving a 2 regional PM2.5 concentration decline of 2.8μg/m3 .This research provides a scientific basis for precision pollution control in the thermal power industryand offerscritical guidance for advancing its green,low-carbon transition.
