Abstract：Taking theLanxiang Lakeproject in Shanghai cityasan example，thecollborative mechanism is explored between river and lake water ecological restorationand urban spatial quality improvement.Bysummarizing the current problemsand governance goals，acollaborative mechanismof“scientific planning，ecological priority，diversified governance，andlong-termopeation”isproposed，andtheimplementationefectivenessandexperienceof theprojectare summarized to provide reference for similar projects.
