Study on the Limited Equilibrium Solubility of Cobalt Sulfate and Nickel Sulfate

Abstract：Basedonthe thermal analysis curves ofcobalt sulfateand nickel sulfate hydrates，theconstant temperature weighingmethod isused toconductdisolution equilibrium testsofcobaltsulfateandnickelsulfate inanaqueoussolution at 10～100cC ，and thesolubilityofcobalt sulfateand nickel sulfate at solid-liquid equilibrium is measuredatdiffrent temperatures duringcooingcrystallzationand heatingdissolution，andcomparedandanalyzed withliteraturedata.The results ndicate thatnickelsulfateandcobaltsulfatearepre-saturatedathigh temperatures，andthengraduallycooledand crystalized.Aftertesting，therelativedeviationbetweenthesolubilityduringthecolingcrystallzationprocessand he literaturevaluesisrelativelysmall.Athightemperatures，thereisstilalackofsolubilitydataforcobaltsulfateandnickel sulfate，andthereasonisthatthetemperatureisdificult tocontrol，andthesolutionhasacertainevaporationrate，which mayresult in some deviation in the data.
