Abstract:Basedonthe thermal analysis curves ofcobalt sulfateand nickel sulfate hydrates,theconstant temperature weighingmethod isused toconductdisolution equilibrium testsofcobaltsulfateandnickelsulfate inanaqueoussolution at 10~100cC ,and thesolubilityofcobalt sulfateand nickel sulfate at solid-liquid equilibrium is measuredatdiffrent temperatures duringcooingcrystallzationand heatingdissolution,andcomparedandanalyzed withliteraturedata.The results ndicate thatnickelsulfateandcobaltsulfatearepre-saturatedathigh temperatures,andthengraduallycooledand crystalized.Aftertesting,therelativedeviationbetweenthesolubilityduringthecolingcrystallzationprocessand he literaturevaluesisrelativelysmall.Athightemperatures,thereisstilalackofsolubilitydataforcobaltsulfateandnickel sulfate,andthereasonisthatthetemperatureisdificult tocontrol,andthesolutionhasacertainevaporationrate,which mayresult in some deviation in the data.
