Abstract：In the process of implementing the harmonious coexistence of humansand nature and advancing the modernizationofecologicalcivilization，Guizhou province hascoordinatedresource protectionanddevelopmentutilization in ensuring the land useof construction projects，and provided good land elementand landuse approvalservices.This paperdeeplyanalyzesthedificulties inthe process ofland guaranteefor project construction in Guizhou province fromthe aspectsof planngguarantee，preliminaryplanning，departmentalcommunication，farmlandsupplementation，andfiancial pressure，andproposes targetedcountermeasures，inorder toprovideessential guarantees formajorstrategies，majorplans， key tasks，etc.，and help promote high-quality economic and social development.
