Research on the Basic Properties and Resource Utilization Mode of Coal Gangue in Coal Mines

Abstract:Thispaper takes coal gangue fromcoal minesastheresearch object,and systematically studies its basic properties and characteristics through industrialanalysis,chemical composition,and traceelement testing.Research has shown that the main oxide components in coal gangue are SiO 2 ,Al 2O3 ,and Fe2O3 ,withSiO 2 having the highest content, followed byAlO3;spiralsortingoftail gangueandhandselectedblackganguehavehighcalorificvalueandaresuitable forenergyutilization;thereareabundant typesof traceelements,and someharmful elements (suchasFand Cr)exceed environmentallimits.ItisnecessarytostrengthenenvironmentalriskcontrolintheprocessofresourceutilizationOnthis basis,resourceutilizationmodelssuchasenergyconversionandutilization,building materialapplication,andadsorption material preparationare proposed,providing technicalsupport for theefcient utilization of coal gangue.
