Evaluation Method of Land Use Planning Implementation in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province Based on Ecological Environment Protection

Abstract: Inorder to evaluate theecological environment protection effctiveness of landuse planning in Zunyi city, Guizhouprovine,anevaluationsystemcoveringecologicalsecurityresourceutilizationeficiency,environmentalquality andsocio-economiccoordinationisconstructed,andtheanalyticherarchyprocess,entropymethod,andcomprehensive index method are used for quantitative analysis.The results show thatthe forest coverage rate reaches 62.28% ,the proportion of days with good air quality remains above 95% ,the compliance rate of surface water quality reaches 98% ， the intensity of land development is controlled within 2.5% ,the proportion of green industry is 35.8% ,and the ecological compensationfundreaches 25oOO yuan.Theoptimizationoflanduse hasachieved goodresults inecological environment, resource allocation,and economic benefits.
