Research on the Monitoring and Management of Industrial Park Sewage Discharge

Abstract:The monitoringand managementof sewage discharge inindustrial parks isanimportant partof environmental governance.The study analyzedthe mainsourcesand characteristicsof wastewaterdischarge inindustrial parks,and explored theconstruction planof an intellgent monitoringsystembasedonInternetofThings (IoT) technology.Taking aprinting and dyeing industrial park in Zhejiang provinceasan example,this paper analyzes thedificult problems in sewage discharge monitoring and management,and proposes precise control strategies from three dimensions:process reengineering,intelligent upgrading,and joint prevention and control.Practicehas shownthat byoptimizing sewage treatment processes,building inteligent monitoring platforms,and establishing multi-partylinkagemechanisms,the effciencyof sewage treatmentinindustrialparkshas been significantly improved.ChemicalOxygen Demand (COD)and ammonia nitrogen effluent concentration have been reduced by 22% and 15% ,respectively,and treatment costs have been reduced by 18% .This provides valuable practical experience for monitoring and managing sewage discharge in industrial parks.
