Abstract:A certain enterprise produces 100m3 of sulfuric acid wastewater containing acid,zinc,fluorine,chlorine and othersubstanceseveryday,andthesulfuricacid wastewaterresiduegeneratedbytheoriginaltreatmentmethoddoesnot meetthe salesandutilizationconditions,resulting incostburdenandpolutionhazards.Adoptingthetechnologyof“first stageneutralizationof limestone powder to produce gypsumfrom sulfuricacid-second stage neutralizationand precipitation oflime torecover zincmetal",thesulfuricacid wastewater treatmentsystemistransformed forresourceutilization.The technicalprinciples,process,ndainrenovationcontentsoftherenvationareelaborated,andthebenefitsaretiated. The results showthattherenovation projecthasaninvestmentof7644OOyuan,anannualincome increaseof1.02millon yuan,aninvestmentrecoverycycleof1year,ndcanreducetheoutputof1Oootofwasteresidueperyear,realizingthe resource utilization of sulfuric acid wastewater,which has significant economicand environmental benefits.
