Removal of Aluminum Nitride from Secondary Aluminum Ash and Aluminum Resource Recovery

Abstract:Aluminumash isasolid waste generatedduring thealuminum production process,andmostof the aluminum ashinChinaisdirectlystoredorburied,therefore,itisurgenttoeffectivelyutilizeandharmleslytreatauminumash.The maincomponentofsecondaryaluminumash isaluminumnitride,andtheremovalofaluminumnitridebecomes particularly important.Theexperiment mainlyuses deionized water to hydrolyzeand denitrifysecondaryaluminumash,and studies theeffctsofreactiontemperature,reactiontime,liquid-solidratioandotherfactorsonthedecompositioneffciencyof aluminum nitride.Research has shown that when the reaction temperature is 80qC ,the reaction time is 4h ,and the liquidsolid ratio is ,the secondary aluminum ash can achieve good denitrification effect.The loss rate of aluminum has significantlydecreased,ndtherecyclingrateofaluminumhassignificantlyimproved,providing technicalsupportforhe treatment of secondary aluminum ash in the same industry and further improving economic benefits.
