Technical Transformation Analysis of Special-Shaped Separation Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

Abstract:The rated evaporation capacity of a certain circulating fluidized bed boiler is 130t/h ,but the separation eficiencyoftheirregularseparatorislow,thebedtemperatureishigh,theloadcapacityisporndtheoriginalemission concentrationof nitrogenoxides(NO)ishigh.Inresponsetothecurrntproblems,theboilerhasundergoneasystematic renovation,including improvingtheeficiencyoftheseparator,increasing theheatingsurfaceinsidethefurnace,addinga fluegasrecirculationsystem,optimizingthearangementofsecondaryair,retrofitingtheeconomizer,andaddingcatalyst layout space.After the boiler renovation,the bed temperature decreased from 990 to 950 ΔC ,the load capacity of the boiler increased from 110t/h to 125t/h ,the exhaust temperature of the boiler decreased from 170‰ to 165 C ,theNO x (204号 emission concentration decreased from 550mg/Nm3 to 50mg/Nm3 ,and the ammonia escape concentration decreased from 9.5mg/Nm3 to 3.9mg/Nm3 ,and the renovation achieved the expected results.
