Abstract：Thelate Yanshan granite body in Hainan provincehas excellent mineralization conditions for decorative graniterocks.SelectingtherepresentativeEarlyCretaceous Liugong coarse-grained porphyritic （amphibolite）biotite monzograniteinHainan provinceas theresearchobject，relyingonthegeological explorationof thedecorativegranite deposit in Nanfengfarm，BaotingLiand Miaoautonomous county （refered toasBaotingcounty），thechemicalcomposition， physical properties，andradioactivityindicatorsoftheEarlyCretaceousLiugong monzograniteoreareanalyzed，and he geological characteristicsand genesis oftheorebodyare summarized.Research hasshownthatthe physical properties andradioactivityof theore meetthestandards fortheuseofdecorativestonematerials.Thescraprateofdecorativestone ore reaches 28% ，and the ore variety is "rose red"，suitable for various decorative scenes.The Early Cretaceous Liugong monzogranitebelongs tothehighpotassiumcalciumalkaline typeIgranite，anditssource materialexhibitsamixedcrust mantle characteristic.ThedecorativegranitedepositwithLiugong Erchang graniteas theore-forming parentrock has good prospecting prospects.
