Abstract：Taking Xiaoguanzi VillageinHushi Town，Chishui Cityasanexample，fullutilizing unmannedaerial vehicle aerial survey，refined 3D modeling，on-siteengineering geological mapping othertechnical means，adetailed investigation was conductedonthedevelopmentcharacteristics lslidegeological hazardsinthearea，the developmentcharacteristicslawslslide geological hazards were summarized.Onthis basis，combined with the regional environmental geological characteristics，aqualitative analysis wasconductedontheformation mechanism thelslidedisaster inthearea， targeted governance suggestions were proposed.Thisachievement has reference significance for similar geological disasters.
