Optimization of the Water Environmental Pollution Governance Mechanism from the Perspective of the River and Lake Chief System

Abstract:Inorder to enhance the effectivenessof water pollution controland improve water environmentquality,we will conductanin-depthanalysisof theroleof theriverandlakechief system in waterpolutioncontrol,explore the shortcomings ofexistinggovernance mechanisms,and proposecorespondingoptimizationsuggestions.Analysis suggests thatalthoughtheriverandlakechiefsystemhasachieved significantresults inclarifyingresponsibilitysubjectsand promotingcollborativegovernance,itstillfaceshallengessuchaspoorreionalcooperation.Terefore,itiseomeded toimproverelevantlaws,regulations,andsupportingpolicies,establishregionalcooperationmechanisms,ncreasefunding and improve facilities,strengthenenvironmental protectionpublicityandeducation,improve polutionmonitoring systems, comprehensively optimize governancemechanisms,and promote eficientimplementationof water environmentpolution control work.
