Variation Trend and Pollution Characteristics of Ambient Air Quality in Guiyang from 2016 to 2024

Abstract:UsingtheenvironmentalairqualitymonitoringdataofGuiyang Cityfrom2016to2024,analyzethetrendof airqualitychangesandpolutioncharacteristics.TheresultsshowthattheairqualityinGuiyang cityis mainlydominated by good weather,with the main pollutants being fine particulate matter (PM2.5) ,inhalableparticulatematter( PM10, ，and ozone (O3);among the days with pollutants exceeding the standard, PM2.5 was the most frequently present pollutant at 49 d, followed by O3 at 12d ,and there were no days with PM10 as the main pollutant exceeding the standard.The high incidence period of PM2.5 as the main pollutant occurs in winter,while the high incidence period of O3 as the main pollutant is mainly concentrated in spring and summer.In addition, PM2.5 hasremainedakeyindicator affectingairqualityinrecent years.
