Pain Points and Innovative Strategies in the Implementation of the Primary Responsibility for Food Safety in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: Food safety management in colleges and universities is an important cornerstone for ensuring the health of teachers and students and maintaining campus stability.Based on the practical experience of universities across the country,this article systematically summarizes the phased achievements and existing pain points of the implementation of the main responsibility,and proposes an innovative strategy centered on“system+technology+cogovermance".Bybuilding a“trinity”responsibility system,creating a“smart food safety” ecosystem,and improving a multi-faceted supervision network,replicable experience references are provided for food safety governance in colleges and universities.
