Abstract: This article focuses onthe applicationoffood traceability technology in fodsafety testing,elaborates on common food traceability technology categories such as barcode technology,radio frequency identification technology,InternetofThings technologyand blockchain technology,anddeeplyanalyzes theirspecificapplications in food production,transportation,sales links,and the handling of food safety incidents.In view of the existing problems,suggestions for improving the application efect are put forward from aspects such as strengthening technological research and development and innovation,improving the standard and specification system,and strengthening talent cultivation and management.
