Research on the Optimization Strategy of the Whole Process Management and Control of Food Inspection and Testing Samples

Abstract: The whole process optimization of food inspection and detection sample management and control is very important to ensure food safety. In this paper,the problems of lack ofrepresentativenessof sample collection, improper transportation and storage conditions,and non-standard circulation in each link of food inspection and detection sample management were analyzed. The measures of optimizing the sample collection process, standardizing the sample transportation process,improving the sample storage process,and optimizing the sample flow process were proposed, inorder to provide a strategic reference for improving the level offood inspection and detection sample management, ensure the accuracy and reliability of detection results,and provide strong support for food safety supervision.
