Food Safety Risk Control Strategies in the Supply Chain of University Canteens

Abstract: University canteens undertake the important task of providing safe and nutritious meals for teachers and students,and their foodsafety is directlyrelated to the physical health of teachers and students and campus stability.This paper discusses the food safety risks existing in the entire process of the supply chain of universitycanteens,and proposes practical and feasible control strategies,so as to provide a theoretical reference for constructing a long-term food safety risk prevention and control mechanism in university canteens.
