食品质量控制中常见问题及应对策略
Common Problems and Countermeasures in Food Quality Control

Abstract: This paper analyzes the key issues existing in the current food quality control process, including unstable raw material qualityinsufficient standardization of production processes,laggng detection technology,and weak supervision mechanisms. Corresponding strategies are proposed, such as optimizing raw material management, strengthening the standardization of production processes,enhancing detection capabilities,and improving the supervision system. The aim is to provide theoretical references for food enterprises to optimize their quality management systems and promote the standardized development of the industry.
