Abstract: The shelf life is a relatively dificult stage to handle in the preservation of pomegranates. After the fruit is stored,the self-repair or metabolic adjustment mechanism activated by adverse stress often leads to problems such asaccelerated Browningofthe fruit skin,nutrient los,softening of texture and deteriorationoffavor during this stage.To ensure thequalityof pomegranates,basedon the principleof thepost-storage shelf life quality compensation efect of pomegranates,this paper studies the feasibility of optimizing dynamic controlled atmosphere parameters to suppress the post-storage shelflife quality compensation of pomegranates,and proposes corresponding control schemes to achieve precise suppression of the compensation efect and enhance the post-harvest value of pomegranates.
