Food Safety Risk Prevention and Control Strategies in Catering Takeaway Delivery

Abstract: With the rapid development of the catering takeaway industry, food safety risks in the delivery process have become increasingly prominent and have become a key isue of public concern and industry governance. At present,the scale of the takeaway market continues to expand,the delivery mode is diverse,and the deliveryeffciency isconstantly improving.However, thereare stillmany hidden dangers in the management of delivery personnel,the hygiene of delivery equipment,fod packaging and labeling,which may pose athreat to consumer health. In order to effectively prevent and control food safety risks,this paper systematically analyzes the main problems in the delivery proces,and proposes strategies such as strengthening the training and supervision of delivery personnel, standardizing delivery equipment and environment, improving food packagingand labeling management, improving the platform supervision mechanism,strengthening industry self-discipline and social supervision,and promoting multi-party collaboration and information sharing,aiming to provide a reference for ensuring consumer food safety and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the catering takeaway industry.
