Research on Common Food Safety Issues and Countermeasures in Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: This paper expounds the five categories of food safety problems in edible agricultural products, including pesticideresidues,veterinary drugresidues,heavy metal polution,microbial pollution and ilegal additives, analyzes the influencing factors of food safety in production, processing, circulation and consumption,and puts forward targeted countermeasures,aiming to provide theoretical reference for improving the food safety management system and protect people's food safety and health rights.
