Discussion on the Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Government Supervision of Food Safety

Abstract： Against the backdrop of increasing social attention to food safety issues，the effectiveness of government regulation as an important means of ensuring food safety is crucial.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation of government regulation of food safety， explores the challenges faced in the regulatory processsuchas an imperfect legaland regulatory system，deficiencies inthe regulatorysystem，insufficient regulatory resources，and inadequate implementation of corporate responsibilities，and proposes breakthrough paths such as improving laws and regulations，optimizing regulatory systems， innovating regulatory methods，and strengthening resource security to comprehensively enhance government regulatory efciency and ensure public food safety.
