Abstract： Areasonable diet combination can ensure that children obtain the nutrients they need for growth and development.It is also an effctive means to promote children's healthy growth， maintain good eating behaviors，and prevent related nutritional diseases.However，at present，the dietaryplansand actual suppliesof some kindergartens still have deficiencies such as a single varietyof meals and an uncoordinated proportion of nutrients， which willaffectthe nutrient absorptionand physical healthof school-age children.Therefore，an in-depth exploration of the impact of improving the dietary structure in kindergartens on the nutritional status of school-age children is of profound significance for enhancing the quality of education，strengthening the physical fitness of school-age children，and promoting theirhealthy growth. Onthis basis，this paper proposes practical strategies for optimizing the dietary structure of kindergartens and improving children's nutritional status，aiming to provide useful experience references for management decision-makers and practitioners.
