Weak Links and Strengthening Measures in the Whole-Process Supervision Chain of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety

Abstract： With the increasing demands of consumers for food safety，agricultural product quality and safety supervision faces new challenges.This paper systematically analyzes the key weak links in the whole-process supervision chain of agricultural product quality and safety，including the supervision of agricultural input use at production sources and the regulationof emerging circulation formats，and proposes targeted systematic strengthening measures such as establishing and improving the whole-process supervision system of agricultural inputs and perfectingthe regulatory system for online sales，aiming to construct a more comprehensive whole-chain supervision system for agricultural product quality and safety.
