Abstract: This article systematically analyzes the problems in sample collection and preservation, sample pretreatment, instrument analysis system, and quality control management system, and proposes optimization measures for constructing a scientific and standardized sampling and preservation system, innovating pretreatment technology and interference control methods,improving the management of instrument analysis system, and strengthening theconstruction of qualitycontrol managementsystem,providing theoretical and practical references for improving the quality of chromium element detection in food.
