Abstract： With the in-depth advancement of the“Healthy China 2030” Planning Outline，the public's health awareness hassignificantlyincreased，andthe demand forhealth products has continued to grow.Themarket size of fod and medicine with the same origin has been continuously expanding due to its combination of the daily nature of food and the health benefits of medicinal materials.This article systematically analyzes the main existing problems in the market offood and medicine with the same origin and proposes corresponding solutions， with he aim of drawing the attention of allsectors ofsociety to the safetyoffood and medicine with the same origin，promoting the improvement of the supervision of food and medicine with the same origin， standardizing the market order， protectingtherights and interests ofconsumers，and facilitating the sustainable developmentof thefoodand medicine with the same origin industry.
