Analysis of Foodborne Disease Control and Catering Food Safety Management Strategies

Abstract: Foodborne diseases pose a serious threat to public health safety.This paper systematicall analyzes the global prevalence of foodborne diseases,sorts outthe keyrisk points of food safety management in the catering industry,and reviews theexisting preventionandcontrol strategies.Onthis basis,it proposes optimization paths such as strengthening full-chain traceability supervision, deepening the application of risk warning technology,and improving standardized operating procedures, providing a theoretical basis for reducing food safety risks in the catering industry.
