Abstract： Applying the “one product， one code”traceability system to the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety is of great significance forsafeguarding people's lives and health，maintaining socialstability and promoting social and economic development. Based on this，this paper starts with the construction of the“one product，one code”traceability system structure，summarizes the basic framework of the code alocation mechanism， platform collaboration and data feedback，analyzes its application performance in risk warning，consumer trust building，and regulatory collaboration，dissects the problems existing inaspects such as farmers'participation， platform integration，brand linkage，and operational and maintenance capabilities，and proposes operational optimization paths，aiming to explore how digital means can promote the transformation of agricultural product quality and safety supervision from static investigation to dynamic control.
