Analysis of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling in Fengze District， Quanzhou City

Abstract： By statistically analyzing the food safety supervision and random inspection data of Fengze district， Quanzhou city，Fujianprovince from 2021 to 2023，thehigh-frequencyunqualified itemsand problem types found in the supervision and random inspection were summarized to provide a basis for food safety risk control.The results showed that from2021 to 2023，Fengze district completed 6765 batches of food safety supervision and random inspections，and a total of6 614 batches ofqualified samples were tested， with an overallqualified rate of 97.77% ;the unqualifed items included fivecategories： excesiveheavymetals，pesticideresidues，microbialcontamination，abuse of food additives， and excessive pollutants.
