Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Additive Detection and Quality Control Measures

Abstract： This paper analyzes the core factors affecting the detection accuracy， including problems existing in sample pretreatment， technology selection， instrument maintenance，environmental control，and personnel quality. It also proposes targeted quality control measures. By optimizing the detection process，strengthening technical specifications，and improving the management system，this paper aims to provide theoretical support for enhancing the reliabilityof detection results and promote the standardized development offood additive detection technology.
