Study on Quality Control in Baijiu Filling Production

Abstract: Filing is akey link in the Baijiu production process and has an important impact on the final quality of the product. In order to improve the quality control level offiling production,this paper analyzes the common quality problems in the flling process,such as inaccurate flling precision,loose sealing,foreign mater inthe wine, etc., and proposes quality control measures such as optimizing personnel management, promoting technological innovation,and building a management system, in order to improve product quality and provide a scientific filling quality control strategy for the Baijiu industry.
