Abstract： With the extension and complexity of the food industry chain， the society's atention to fod safety issues is increasing day byday.As the two core pillars of ensuring foodsafety，food testing technologyand sampling technology play a vital role in risk prevention and control.Eficient testing technology can accurately identify harmful substances in food， while scientific and reasonable sampling strategies can ensure the representativeness and timeliness of test samples.The synergy of the two can effectively improve the effciency offood safety supervision and effectively prevent potential risks.This paper analyzes the characteristics offood testing and sampling technology and its application in actual supervision，deeply explores the role mechanism of the synergy between the two in ensuring food safety，and further explores ways to improve the detection coverage and result accuracy， in order to provide technical support for building a scientific and standardized food safety control system.
