Abstract: As an important foodborne pathogen in dairy products, Listeria monocytogenes poses severe challenges to detection work due to its unique low-temperature adaptability and strong stress resistance.This paper systematicall analyzes the technical diffculties faced bythe detection of Listeria monocytogenes in dairy products, such as low detection sensitivityin low-temperature environments and interference from matrix components,and proposes targeted countermeasures such as optimizing low-temperature enrichment culture system and establishing sample purification treatment processes,providing theoretical basis and technical support for improving the accuracy and reliability of Listeria monocytogenes detection in dairy products.
